My favorite sudoku site is Fiendish Sudoku. It has new puzzles every day at five difficulty levels, and it can provide hints and step-by-step solutions (which web sudoku can't do). Also, it has hand-made puzzle layouts, much better than web sudoku's computer-generated random layouts.

I agree it's ALWAYS about symantics...I will say that I think you are doing all the right things...In future posts I plan to share some of the things that stress me out and cause me to want to run into a corner and stim. I see how much my diet, clothing, perfume, toxins, mold, plus a whole lot of other things have pretty intense affects on me and my own behavior...so many unnatural things in the environment want to make me crawl out of my skin...so my point is, that we need to clean up this horribly toxic environment, clean out our own bodies AND make the world safer, kinder a less judgemental OR worked up over symantics...
